1. How to add a new employee to your team

Note: the refferal link is only visable to the team admin of the account

Provide the below instructions to your team members along with the Refferal Link which can be found under Profile & Employee > Team
Instructions for RSS Employee account signup
  1. Go to https://www.regionalsafetyservices.com.au/sign-up.
  2. Select Employee as your account type.
  3. Complete the signup form to create your account.
  4. In the Company section, enter [employer to provide company name thats provided]
  5. Once signed in clickt he following link to finalise your registration: [employer to insert team refferal link here]. If sucessful there will be a pop up alerting to you that you have joined the team.
2. How to Purchase Employee Training

Follow these steps to purchase a training package for your employees:

  1. Go to the Training Packages Tab
    Head to Regional Safety Services Training Packages and select the training package you want your employee to undertake.
  2. Enter Employee Details
    During the purchase process, be sure to enter the employees First & Last Name and Email address. This email will be where the training access is sent and activated.
  3. Complete the Purchase
    Finalise the payment to complete the purchase
  4. Account set up for Employees
    The users will be set up with a training RSS account, they will be sent an email to their email address with a notification that they have been invited to training and to set up their password.
  5. Training Activation Timeline
    Training packages may take up to 4 business hours to appear in the employees account. Our operating hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm AWST.
3. How can my Employee access the online forms?

To grant your employees access to the online forms, you will need to manually assign the forms to each employee. Follow these steps to assign forms to your employees:

  1. Log in to your Regional Safety Services account.
    Use your admin credentials to access your account.
  2. Navigate to the Forms Tab.
    Once logged in, head to the "Forms" section.
  3. Select the Form to Share.
    Click on the specific form you wish to assign to your employee.
  4. Assign the Form to Employees.
    At the top of the form page, you will see a button labeled "Assign Users to this form." Click on it.
  5. Choose Employees.
    A list of users will appear. Select the employees you want to give access to the form, then click Assign

Once the assignment is complete, your employees will have access to the forms you selected.

If you cannot see the user you want to assign the form too and they have an Regional Safety Services Account, then submit a suport form below with the employees email and the company name and our support team will recitify this.
